Black Monday depicts resistance of Polish women to government′s and church attempts of turning the already extremely restrictive abortion law to a complete ban. It tells about the consequences of  unavailable abortion methods and the ways women organized between themselves when an absurd situation was imposed as reality, and how they made a whole underground network of providing help for women in need.
